Navid Pourmokhtari

Navid Pourmokhtari holds a PhD degree in Political Science from the University of Alberta. His research interests lie in the areas of international relations and comparative politics, with a special focus on mass oppositional movements, peace studies and international security studies. Pourmokhtari's most recent publications have appeared in Third World Quarterly, International Sociology, Against the Current, Jadaliyya, the Journal of Human Trafficking, Sociology of Islam and Foucault Studies.
